My sincere condolences to the Starr and Owens family. I had the privilege of knowing and instructing Tanishia, “Starr” as I referred to her, at Lee Middle School. Starr was meek and mild mannered to her peers and teachers. Although, this is an unexpected loss, and all are grieving, we know that our Heavenly Father is in control. I am very proud to know that Starr pursued her dreams of becoming a Cosmetologist. Also, Starr gave me a photo of Tanga when she was just five months old. I am pleased to hear that Tanga was pursuing a degree in Education. To the family, Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. God’s earthly angels are now with Him.
