Those who have sorrow, pain and crying here on earth can be comforted knowing that there will be a day when we will feel none of these things – in Heaven. But God has given us the strength to fight through sorrow and pain on this earth.
As believers, we are in the Kingdom today. Joshua 1:9 says, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.” Psalm 34:18 says, “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.”
But how does this apply to our everyday lives? How does it apply to real life sorrow, due to death, loss or sickness? Philippians 4:6 says, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Love you Kayla
Sharing Your Sorrow and Offering Deepest Sympathy
She was my prayer partner at Longwood Elementary School and Altamonte Elementary. We laughed, we cried . We loved God and people. We encouraged others.
The WE SAW God ANSWER PRAYERS. AND GUESS WHAT HE’s STILL ANSWERING MANY OF THOSE PRAYERS. Diannetta leaves a legacy of being a REAL PRAYER WARRIOR . Now who will take the Prayer torch and run on? I believe our sister in Christ will have a HEAVY STARRY CROWN in GLORY. YOURS IN CHRIST, Miss Pat
So sorry for your loss. Sending my condolences and prayers. Be encouraged
so sorry for your loss me and my family sending our condolences from houstontexans to the family of Reverend Diannette Williams alexander
My condolences to the family. I can’t find the words I’m feeling right now and just finding out about a God fearing Woman that taught me so much. She was my elementary teacher and was there for me when my parents were going thru a divorce. She prayed for me and taught me so many things in life. Through out life we saw and spoke to each other many times. Not to long ago we were under the same house and fellowship together. There will never be another Mrs. Alexander!!! My heart is broken but I know she is resting in the Lords arms. Rest In Paradise and you will be forever in my heart.
To the Family
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs. Alexander. She was my teacher in elementary school at Goldsboro. She set such an example for us even then. My prayers and thoughts are with you!
My husband has talked about his 5th grade teacher Ms Alexander so much that I wanted to look her up and thank her for the difference she made in his life. He entered the public school system in the 5th grade and Ms Alexander would stay late after school to catch him up on all subjects. She was such a blessing in his life!
