Ray was a True Fighting Tiger! As a football player @ JHS Ray was a Defensive Back and an outstanding player at that position! He often talked about his playing days @ JHS! How fortunate they were to be Coached by Former Tigers: Benny Johnson, Sugar Ray, Louis Ross, & Ron Smith! Most awarding was to play for & suit-up in that “Orange & Green” for the Jones Fighting Tigers! He truly loved his Alma Mater, He loved his classmates, He loved his teammates, He loved his J-High HomeBoys, (😁Gay Gay) He loved his Family! A Great Supporter of all Athletics @ Jones High School! He will never be forgotten by all of us @ the Mighty Jones High School! God Bless You Ray! RIP! Razzie Smith lll
