Obituary:
Pearlie Mae Sanders Stallworth, 71, of Orlando, departed from this life on Monday, July 13, 2020. Pearl, as she was affectionately called by family and friends, entered this life on October 29, 1948 in Blytheville, Arkansas. She was the youngest of nine children born to Robert Roy and Ora Bell Sanders. She grew in a loving and God-fearing Christian home. Being the youngest, she was cherished by all her siblings. As a young child, she moved with her family from Blytheville to Lady Lake, Florida, where she attended and excelled in the Lake County public school system. It was here that she discovered her gifts of administration and organization.
Throughout the years, Pearl was employed in various roles that utilized her organizational skills. She was well-known in her family and the community as the “go-getter” and “rainmaker” because she had the uncanny ability to facilitate and get things done.
Left to treasure her memory are her beloved husband, Henry Taft Stallworth; her siblings, Ollie Hardemon (Earlist), Curtis Sanders (Hellen), and Melvin Sanders; her brother-in-law, Cornelius Miller, all of Orlando Florida; one aunt, Minnie Lee Barnes, Missouri; one uncle, Willie Roy White, Michigan; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2020 from 4-6PM at the mortuary. A Service of Celebration will be held on Friday, July 17, 2020, 10:00 AM at Livingston Street Church of God, 910 W. Livingston Street, Orlando with Bishop Kelvin L. Cobaris, officiating. Interment: Florida National VA Cemetery, Bushnell, FL .
