Obituary:

Pearl Dozier, 83, of Orlando, departed this life on Wednesday, February 11, 2026. Pearl was born on February 22, 1942 in Opp, Alabama to the late Maggie and James Hammonds. Professionally, she worked as homemaker to the Rich family in Orlando for over 30 years. She was more than a homemaker, she was a loved, cherished and valued member of their family.

Pearl was a loving, caring, and respectable woman. Her passion in life was caring for others and cooking. Above all, she loved spending time with her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Pearl leaves to cherish her memories: a devoted and loving companion, Thomas E. Butler; 8 bonus, loving stepchildren; and a host of other relatives and many friends.

A service of memory will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, 11:00 AM at Postell’s Mortuary Chapel, Orlando with Prophetess Hillary Vance, officiating.
