Obituary:
Pastor Tony O’Neal Oliver, 55, of Apopka, transitioned from labor to reward on Tuesday, July 28, 2020. Pastor Oliver was born on May 10, 1965 in Gainesville, Florida to Catherine and Neal Oliver. Professionally, was employed with UPS for several years and served in the US Army.
Spiritually, Pastor Oliver accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal savior and was called into the ministry. He served as an ordained minister with his beloved and devoted wife Devora by his side. Pastor Tony was the Senior Pastor and Visionary Leader of Everlasting Life Church of God, Eustis, FL. The Lord blessed them to labor in the communities of central Florida where they were able to minister and spread the love of Christ to various congregations. Pastor Oliver served the people of the Eustis community with a heart of love and compassion to reach the lost with the glorious message of salvation. He was a devoted servant, husband, father, brother and grandfather who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He leaves his loving memories to be cherished by his loving wife, Lady Devora Oliver; sons, T.J. Oliver, Tybree Oliver, LaTerrish Oliver, Bruce Bowers, Travis Armstead; sister, Theresa Brown; brothers, Ronnie Nelson, Jessie James, Jr., Neal Oliver, Jr., Michael Oliver, David Wright; 4 grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
A wake will be held on Friday, August 7, 2020 from 4-6PM at New Life COGIC. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2020, 2:00 PM at New Life Church of God in Church, 3311 N. Powers Drive, Orlando with Bishop Kelvin L. Cobaris, officiating. Interment: Monday, August 10, 2020 at 1PM, Cape Canaveral VA Cemetery, Mims, FL.
