Obituary:

Octavia Denise Thomas, 34, of Orlando, departed this life on Saturday, February 18, 2023. Octavia, a lifelong resident of Orlando, was born on October 16, 1988 to Marilynn Robinson and Kentrick Thomas. She enjoyed going to the beach, swimming, and attending family gatherings. Octavia was and will continue to be an inspiration to us all for living life in an exemplary way. She was a devoted daughter, sister, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Octavia leaves to cherish her memories to her mother, Marilynn (Robert Jones) Robinson; father, Kentrick (Angela) Thomas; brothers, Robert Jones; sisters, Yolanda Robinson, Lakendra Thomas, Shanique Marlin; special friend, Gerard Edmond; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 3, 2023 from 4-6 PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2023, 2:00 PM at Postell’s Mortuary Chapel, Orlando. Interment: Washington Park Cemetery, Orlando.
