Obituary:

Noah Terrayl Davis, 28, of Deltona, Florida departed this life on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. Noah was born on June 1, 1995 in Orlando, Florida to his mother Keisha Davis and Cleve Thomas. She would later marry Tony Pritchard, Sr. and Noah would claim him as his “Pops” as he raised him as his own, with an unconditional bond. Noah was the oldest of their five children and loved being a big brother. Noah was baptized and accepted Christ as his Savior at an early age. He believed in walking it out not just talking about it.

His early educational matriculation was in Orange County Schools. He was a proud member of the Jones High Marching Tiger Band, playing the trombone. He was an admitted band geek and his favorite band was “The 100”, (FAMU) He would graduate from Winter Springs High School. After receiving multiple college acceptances and scholarships Noah always knew his future and heart belonged to Florida A & M University in Tallahassee, Fl. He would receive a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Relations. He was involved in various organizations such as Student Government (elected as a senator), Images Modeling Troop and Boys to Men Mentoring. While in college he found his niche’, the student housing industry. He would go on to climb the ladder from being a leasing agent, property manager to corporate levels in leasing, customer service and operations. He enjoyed his positions as he was fortunate to travel to over 38 states having all expenses paid with a salary, he simply loved it. Owners of properties would constantly pursue him for his personality and skills were unmatched.

Noah had an amazing energy in which he loved people. He enjoyed watching movies, spending time with family and friends, shopping and traveling. If he could help someone he would. His faith in God and love for his parents and grandmother were his compass and source of strength as he often shared with others and enjoyed surprising them with gifts and taking family trips. Noah was funny and the life of the party. He believed that “if the mind can conceive then believe, it can achieve”. Noah believed in family and the power of having experiences with people, that words matter. He always told family he loved them.

Noah leaves behind to cherish his memories his parents Tony & Keisha Pritchard, three siblings; Andrew Harden (Tracey), T’auhzane Richardson (Rayshad), Tony Pritchard Jr., niece’s; Aubree and Ray’Lynn, grandparents; Mitchell Palmore, Jean Palmore (Otis), Mary Pritchard and Peggy Thomas, great grandmother Carrie Gainer, great-great uncle Bennie Ross Goodson.
