Obituary:
Myrtle M. Rose, 94, of Orlando, departed this life on Thursday, November 20, 2025. Myrtle was born on March 7, 1931 in St Andrew, Jamaica, West Indies.
Myrtle was employed as a bus toll collector for London Central Bus Company for over 25 years. She relocated to Florida form England in 2000, and became a faithful member of Grace Bible Church, Orlando. Aside from her church participation, she enjoyed travelling, spending time with her beloved family, reading the bible, and keeping a clean home. She instilled love, wisdom, and Christian values for all her family to follow. She dedicated her life to serving God with her whole heart and caring for people. Myrtle was a beautiful, giving and kind individual that made a lasting impact on many lives, and she will forever be missed.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025 from 4-6PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, 11:00 AM at Church at the Cross, 700 Good Homes Road, Orlando with Pastor Shawn Smith, officiating. Interment: Woodlawn Memorial Park, Orlando.
