Obituary:
Minnie L. Gray, 90, of Orlando, departed this life on Saturday, March 15, 2025. Minnie was born on August 13, 1934 in Bishopville, SC to the late Annie Lou and Leroy Davis. Professionally, she was employed as an assembly line worker with Frito Lay until she retired.
Mother Minnie L. Gray was a member of EL Bethel Temple at Orlando, Inc. for several years. “Mother” Gray, as she was affectionately called, loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. Aside from her church activities, she enjoyed doing word puzzles and watching television. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Mother Gray is survived by her loving husband of almost 70 years, Willie Gray; 2 daughters, Debra Hunter, Wanda (Razzie) Smith; 6 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives, church family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21, 2025 from 4-6PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025, 11:00 AM at El Bethel Temple of Jesus, 3000 Bruton Boulevard, Orlando with Bishop Cliff Morris, officiating. Interment: Woodlawn Memorial Park, Orlando.
