Obituary:
Minister Anthony Leon Hodge, 61, of Mascotte, transitioned from labor to reward on Monday, October 17, 2022. He was born on August 22, 1961 in Orlando to the late Katie and Clifford Hodge.
Minister Hodge was called to the ministry and quickly became a highly sought after evangelist in Florida. His invaluable lessons touched the lives of many members and visitors of the Restore Life Church, Winter Garden. He also shared the gospel of Jesus Christ throughout Winter Garden and surrounding communities, understanding that true ministry is done outside the church. The motto Minister Hodge carried with him, “if I can help somebody as I pass this way, then my living shall not be in vain” became a major tool he used to guide countless souls to the ever- open door of Christ. Gaining the love and respect from many, Minister Hodge’s light became a strong, gravitational pillar for every community he served.
Minister Hodge breathed his last breath and put on his new robe of glory on October 17th. His ministry and legacy will live on in the hearts of his beloved wife, Sharee Villard-Hodge; daughter, Miracle Hodge; sisters, Cynthia Tucker, Claudine Hodge, Theresa Hodge, Jeanese Hodge; brothers, James (Ian) Hodge, Jimmy Hodge; mother-in-law, Sylvia Garner; the entire Hodge family, colleagues, and numerous friends. Earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal.
A service of celebration and victory will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2022, 11:00 AM at Mosaic Church, 14175 W. Colonial Drive, Winter Garden with Pastor Rusty Belcher, officiating. Interment: Woodlawn Memorial Park, Orlando.

I was a huge admirer of Pastor Hodge and the good works he did in east Winter Garden. I only knew him for a short time, but I knew him to be a man of honor and integrity and he will be missed in the community. My deepest condolences to Sharee, Miracle and the rest of Anthony’s extended family. In friendship. Norine Dworkin
