Obituary:

Mary Louise King, 92, of Orlando, passed away peacefully on July 2, 2025. She was born on September 3, 1932, to the late Fleta Washington and Preston King in Orlando, Florida. She received her formal education through the Orange County Public School systems. Mary accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age and was a devout Christian.

Mary was a loving and caring woman with a heart of gold. She loved taking care of her home, family and serving in her church. Her grandchildren always gravitated to her. She instilled values and morals in the lives of all the children around her. She served as a willing worker in whatever capacity was needed. Mary was a devoted mother, sister, grandmother and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Left to honor and cherish her memory: daughter, Mary Herbert; son, Allen Crawford; sister, Theresa Harris; 4 grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren and many friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A service of memory will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025, 2:00 PM at Postell’s Mortuary Chapel, Orlando with Pastor Mary Herbert, officiating.
