Obituary:
Marcia Renita Johnson, 65, of Winter Park, FL departed this life on Saturday, September 6, 2025. Marcia was born on November 7, 1959 to the late Mable Wilson and John Q. Johnson. Professionally, she worked as a landscaper for several years.
She was a woman of great wisdom. She dedicated her life to her family and community. She was a former member of Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church, Orlando. She instilled love, wisdom, and Christian values for all of her children and grandchildren to follow. She loved her family and showed love to everyone. She was a devoted mother, sister, grandmother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She leaves to cherish her love and memories to her loving daughter, Kimberly (Wallace) Swilley-Williams; sisters, Lynda Johnson, Betty Cromwell; brothers, Joseph (Annie) Hill, Willie Johnson; 5 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025 from 4-6PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025, 11:00 AM at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, 412 E. Kennedy Boulevard, Eatonville. Interment: Highland Memory Gardens, Apopka.
