Obituary:

Lloyd G. Pinnock, Sr., 82, of Orlando, departed this life on Saturday, September 3, 2022. Lloyd was born on November 11, 1939 in Clarendon, Jamaica, WI to Leah and Edwin Pinnock. Lloyd was employed as a supervisor with the Metropolitan District Commission for several years until he retired.

Lloyd was a caring, trustworthy, kind hearted and respectable man. He raised his children with values and morals. He always taught his children how to be strong and resilient. He was a provider and devoted his life to caring for his beloved family. He was a hard worker and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Lloyd is survived by his loving wife, Mertha Pinnock; son, Lloyd (Annette) Pinnock, Jr.; daughter, Sherrine (Vaughn) Richmond; sisters, Phyllis Tapper and Valda Dixon; 6 grandchildren; and a host other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 18, 2022 from 11:00AM until services begin at 12:30PM, Message of Hope Seventh Day Adventist Community Mission Church, 970 Tuskawilla Road, Winter Springs with Chaplain Spanser Polica and Rev. Patrick Leonard, officiating.

    I have lost a true friend, a friend of yesteryear-types of which one does not find today.
    I am so sorry to be unable to celebrate his life together with his loving family, but they know that I am there with them in spirit.
    Well done thou good and faithful servant, may you rest in peace.
