This is yet so hard for me to believe he has left us. Honey was a selfless man, I will never forget his kindness, support and love shown to me and my family during the passing of my mother in 2019. My mom was a neighbor of his mom, Annie Mae, I can recall the many times Ms. Walker and my mom would talk and fellowship together in one another’s apartment. Our roots began and ended in Lake Mann when I became acquainted and was introduce to many in the Walker family.. Pam, Donnell, Phyllis, Cynthia, Margaret, and Terry, I love you all, my prayers and deepest sympathy in the loss of your love one. He will always be remembered and never forgotten. He finish his course and kept the faith through it all. Sleep and rest now Honey, know that you are loved and will be missed always.

Honey Walker was my neighbor and a friend, we live on the same street, Clarinda Street. When there was a gospel concert, He would always leave a flyer for my mom, but not only that, he would always make sure she had a free ticket as well. He would surely be missed. We will continue to embrace his family and pray God strength and protection. Much Love

African American Spiritual, Black Gospel Music, Legendary Gospel Singer that is Mr. Honey Walker. As chair person of Mount Pleasant Black History Committee (born from the Hospitality committee) I can never thank Mr. Walker enough for his service to our program. I said Mr Honey Walker we are going to celebrate music for our Black History moment please sing a sing for me. On Sunday Morning, Mr Walker open the back door of the church walked in singing and before he could get to front the members and guest on their feet, clapping, praising and singing. That Black History moment of celebration and testimony was my gift to the church from Mr. Honey Walker. We have known Mr. Walker for many years. Rest for now continue to sing forever. So glad I purchased your CD. George Lee, Margaret and Vernon Hill
