Obituary:
Jean Baptiste Monfilston, 63, of Orlando, departed this life on Saturday, October 4, 2025. Jean was born in Marchand-Dessalines, Haiti on January 28, 1962. Professionally, he was employed as a security officer with Allied Universal for several years.
Anyone who knew Jean knew he was a caring, trustworthy, kind hearted and respectable man. He enjoyed being around his family. He was a devoted father, brother and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He leaves behind his 2 children, Bardsley Monfilston and Bianca C. Monfilston; and a host of other relatives and many friends. May his soul rest eternally.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025 from 9:00 AM until services begin at 10:00 AM, Grace Bible Church of Central Florida, 801 Dorscher Road, Orlando. Interment: Orlando Memorial Gardens, Apopka.
