Obituary:
Ivylin “Ivy” Wright, 72, of Orlando, FL departed this life on Wednesday, January 4, 2023. Ivy, as she was affectionately called, was born on January 11, 1950 to the late Bernice and Wilburn Brown in Westmoreland, Jamaica WI. Professionally, she was employed in reservations with the Walt Disney Company.
Ivy was a woman of great wisdom. She instilled love, wisdom, and Christian values for all of her family to follow. She loved her family and showed love to everyone. Ivy was and will continue to be an inspiration to us all for living life in an exemplary way. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She leaves to cherish her love and memories to her devoted husband, Clinton Wright; daughter, Kisha Blair; sons, Ainsley S. (Tamika) Blair, Brian (Valerie) Blair; sisters, Jackie (Leonard) Mick, Linda Brown; brothers, John (Leneta) Brown, Josiah (Grace) Brown, Mervin Brown; 6 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 20, 2023 from 5-7PM at the church. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2023, 11:00 AM at Faith Cathedral Deliverance Center, 4425 N. Powers Drive, Orlando with Bishop Herro Blair, officiating. Interment: Winter Garden Cemetery, Winter Garden.
