Obituary:
Gracie Mae Holmes, 72 of Orlando, FL departed this life on Monday, August 11, 2025. Gracie Mae, affectionately called “Honey Bun”, was born on August 15, 1952 in Cartersville, GA. Gracie Mae was blessed to find her beloved, husband, Rudolph, and they have enjoyed a loving, devoted life together.
Gracie cared and raised her family with wisdom and strength daily. She was a kind, caring, and beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her loving husband Rudolph Holmes Sr; 3 children, Gerald (Camilla) Jones I, Manda Holmes, Rudolph (Marissa) Holmes Jr.; brother, Lewis Allen; sister, Mona Allen; 6 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A service of memory will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2025, 3:00 PM at Postell’s Mortuary Chapel, Orlando with Pastor Arnold Porter, officiating.
