Obituary:

Cheryl Ann Romero, 63, of Orlando, departed this life on Wednesday, May 18, 2022. Cheryl was born on December 10, 1958 in Clarendon, Jamaica, W.I. to Edna and Vernal Brown. Even as a child, Cheryl was gentle and nurturing and loved by anybody she encountered. After migrating to the states, she began a career as a certified nurses assistant. Cheryl dedicated her life to serving God and taking care of her family. She loved to read her bible on a daily basis and she was an active member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, in both Jamaica and Orlando. She instilled love, wisdom, and Christian values for all her family to follow. She was a devoted mother, sister, grandmother and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.

Cheryl leaves to cherish her memories 8 children, Vanessa Russell, Teresa Jasper, Teena Armstrong, Davena Romero, Mary Romero, James (Rondashia) Armstrong, Jr., Jason Armstrong, Michael Romero; sister, Vernice Ryan; 22 grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren, other relatives, church family, and many friends. May her soul rest in peace!

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2022 from 5-7PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Sunday, May 29, 2022 at 11:00AM, Windermere Seventh Day Adventist Church, 4100 McKinnon Road, Windermere, with Pastor R. Keith Harding, officiating. Interment: Highland Memory Gardens, Apopka.
