So, so sorry to hear of the passing of such a great, kind and loving person. Charlie Mae had a heart of gold and was always smiling. I can remember when my father (William Tillman), mother (Doris Tillman) and I would be on our way to Orlando to visit my oldest sister (Joyce), I would always ask if we were going to stop by cousin Charlie Mae’s house who lived by the swimming pool. She would be happy to see us and always welcomed us with open arms. Although I had not seen or talked to her in a very long time I can and will never forget her genuine kindness and love.
With Deepest Sympathy,
Kecia Tillman, Your Monticello Family
Janice, our collective prayers are with you at this time. May the Comforter minister to you and the Coleman family as you grieve the loss of your mom. May your memories of her amazing life bring you joy, and may your knowledge of her relationship with Our Father, give your every assurance regarding her eternal well-being.

Although I had no personal experience or knowledge of Mrs Coleman, the fruits of her beauty shined through her daughter and classmate Janice to whom I express my condolence and extended family.

I had the pleasure of seeing Mrs. Charlie Mae Coleman at Church and we could always count on her prayers and hard work. She always had a smile and wanted the best for everyone! Rest in Heaven my friend!
She was my mother’s, Mozella Rimes Allen, friend from grade school, until her journey on to heaven. Mrs. Mozella and I spoke of her often…just the other day. π
The Sneed Family sends our deepest sympathy to the Coleman Family as you mourn the loss of Mrs. Charlie Mae. She was a good friend to our mother Annie, dad Johnny and our family. Rest In Peace dear lady!
Cobdolences to Janice, Robbie and the ENTIRE family! I could ALWAYS count on “Miss” Charlie Mae to make sure I was “recognized” whenever I visited my home church. She LOVED the Bagley Family and always inquired and showed genuine concern for my Mom, Carolyn Gaye and my siblings: Schuan, Randolf, Michael and Renee.

We cannot feel life’s losses without first feeling the blessings of its fullness. Mama Charlie Mae did that. She always had a smile on her face, always willing to pitch in and help whenever and wherever she could. May happy memories carry you through this sorrowful time, and may God’s love make your grief bearable.
Deepest sympathy and condolences to The Coleman Family. Though I did not know or had any interaction with Ms. Coleman, the beauty, poise, and resilience shines through her granddaughter and Soror of mine Pamela Holmes. Always looked forward to visiting Auntie Charlie Mae’s house when I was a little girl, climbing her tree in my early years, and enjoying her cooking. We we blessed with her great energy! She was always encouraging and wanted the best for me. Hangin’ out in Heaven with Mom, Dad and the rest of our clan up there now! Love and God’s Blessings for the family.
Ms. Charlie Mae was a bright light in a dim world. A beautiful lady inside and out. She was a friend to many, an encourager, a motivator, she would always inspire others to do their best. Mom will miss your visits on the porch. To the family, thank you for sharing your mother and grandmother with so many. May God provide you comfort and peace.
Charlie Mae will truly be missed. We always got in trouble talking in church with my niece Zebbie. RIH my friend.
OMG!
It is difficult for me to find words to express the sorrow that I am experiencing right now. Charlie Mae is someone that we have known all of my life. Celes and I grew up under her loving wings of protection and CONSTANT encouragement as young children and young adults. Truly, truly, truly, I can not think of many people who were GENUINELY as caring and concerned about our growth and development as Charlie Mae.. Even as matured women, Charlie Mae continued to remind and ensure us that we were fine, admired and productive citizens in the community! Thatβs who Mrs. Charlie Mae Coleman was!!! We, Celes and I, loved her so much! She shall be part of our most cherished memories for an eternity…
