Obituary:
Ceiara Wilkessa-Latrice Culver, 32, a lifelong resident of Orlando, departed this life on Saturday, October 4, 2025. Ceiara was born on April 15, 1993 to Kissarah Radford and William Culver III.
Ceiara was educated in Orange County Public Schools. She was employed as a pharmacy technician prior to her demise. She had a fun-spirited soul whose smile was stunning that it would light-up any room. What gave her the most joy in life was spending time reading and being with her family, whom she loved with all her heart. Ceiara was a beautiful, giving and kind individual that made a lasting impact on many lives, and she will forever be missed.
She is survived by her mother, Kissarah Radford; father, William Culver III; 6 siblings, Shalai Thomas, T’Varis Thomas, Ashja Bentley, Aniya Culver, Imari Culver, William Culver; maternal grandmother, Margaret Anderson; paternal grandparents, Ethel and William Culver; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 from 4-6PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025, 11:00 AM at Postell’s Mortuary Chapel, Orlando with Reverend Octavius L. Smith, officiating.
