Obituary:
Cecile M. Thompson, 74, of Orlando, departed this life on Friday, June 14, 2024. Cecile was born on October 5, 1949 in Kingston, Jamaica, WI to the late Daisy and Harold Johnson. Professionally, Cecile was employed as a health information manager for several years.
She was a woman of integrity and strength with a commitment to serving God. She was a member of Tabernacle of Glory Apostolic Church, Ocoee. She instilled love, wisdom, and Christian values for all her children and family to follow. She was a devoted mother, sister, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Cecile leaves to cherish her memories: daughters, Karen Clarke, Monique (Ryan) Campbell; sons, Newton Jackson, Conrad Brown, Rohan (Nicole) Brown, Anthony (Nashyra) Whyte; sisters, Carol Escoffrey, Carlene Escoffrey, Lois Rodney, Winsome Barton, Shirley Johnson, Vivine Smith, Deloris Symes; brothers, Cecil Johnson, Carl Escoffrey, Courtney Escoffrey; and a host of other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2024 from 10:00AM until services begin at 11:00AM, Tabernacle of Glory Apostolic Church, 495 W. Silver Star Road, Orlando with Pastor Robert Young, officiating. Interment: Woodlawn Memorial Park, Orlando.
