Obituary:

Andre Thomas “Dre” Jackson, 63, of Orlando, departed this life on Wednesday, September 15, 2021. Andre was born on February 14, 1958 in Monticello, Florida to Carolyn Bea and Ira T. Jackson.

He was educated in the public schools system and later worked in the restaurant industry. He was very close to his mother, siblings and friends. He was a loving son, brother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Dre is survived by his mother, Carolyn (James) Fedrick; siblings, Ira D. Jackson, Cedric Jackson, Carol Keaton; step siblings, Alvin Fedrick, Anthony Fedrick, Velvet Colston; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 23, 2021 from 5-7PM at the mortuary. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 24, 2021, 11:00 AM at Washington Park Cemetery, Orlando.
