Obituary:
Alma B. Redding, 90, of Orlando, transitioned from labor to reward on Tuesday, March 22, 2022. Alma, affectionately known as Bae, was born on December 22, 1931 in Macon, GA to the late Alma and Will Zeigler. She was educated in the public school system and later relocated to Florida. Professionally, Alma was employed as the Mail Room Supervisor at Rollins College for several years.
Alma dedicated her life to serving her family and community. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. She instilled love, wisdom, and Christian values for her family to follow. She was a devoted mother, sister, grandmother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her devoted children: daughters, Sheila Pugh, Clarissa (Rodney) Bryant, Felecia (Rodrick) Dillard, Dione Redding; sons, Harold (Thelma) Zeigler, I, Edward R. Wynn, Douglas (Kynda) Redding; brothers, Robert Zeigler, Homer (Belinda) Zeigler; 25 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 1, 2022 from 4-6PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2022, 1:00 PM at New Bethel AME Church, 4201 W. Columbia Street, Orlando with Presiding Elder Henry L. Postell, II, officiating. officiating. Interment: Washington Park Cemetery, Orlando.

My condolences to the Redding family on the loss of the matriarch of the family Ms. Alma Redding. Praying for the family.
To the Family. Like others that knew Ms.Alma I too am saddened to hear of her transitiion. She was a very liked lady and always had words of wisdom. they were very valuable and true. My sincere sorrow and sympathy.Stay strong and believe that God has not made a mistake.

My heart is broken because my grams is gone. As your oldest granddaughter I thank you for loving me and my kids and grands. Rest on grams I will always love you.
