Obituary:

Elias Thomas Glasgow, 78, of Orlando, departed this life on Thursday, March 5, 2026. Elias, affectionately called “Eli” by friends, was born on May 10, 1947 in Georgetown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines to the late Hannah and Albert Glasgow. He worked as a restaurant chef for several years until he retired.

Elias was a loving, caring, and respectable man. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He raised all of his children with values and morals. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He leaves to cherish his memories: 10 children, Monica Williams, Seth Glasgow, Antony Glasgow, Jade’ Glasgow, Jadarius Glasgow, Kizzie Glasgow, Saria Patrick, Kelean Glasgow, Lafleur Glasgow, Orlando Glasgow; 17 grandchildren; Siblings, Ezekiel Glasgow, George Glasgow, Lewnnaus Glasgow, Keith Glasgow: and a host of other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026 from 4-6PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, 12:00 Noon at Postell’s Mortuary Chapel, Orlando. Interment: Washington Park Cemetery, Orlando.
