Obituary:
Shervon Comtrell Chukes, 54, of Orlando, departed this life on Sunday, November 30, 2025. Shervon was born on January 31, 1971 in Orlando, FL to Brenda Holmes and Charles Chukes Sr.
He loved spending time with his family and friends. His smile and love for life will live on in the hearts of those who knew him best. He was loved by many and will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his 4 children, Shervontay Chukes, Savannah Chukes, Shaina Chukes, Shakira Chukes, Travis Coleman, Shervon Chukes Jr.; mother, Brenda Mendez; father, Charles Chukes Sr.; siblings, Shlisa Fairclough, Sewan Chukes, Cabrina (Gary) Stephens, Katrena Barkley, Angel (George) Spearman, DeKari Holmes, Charles Chukes Jr., Deagos Chukes, Charles (Charrlicia) Tomlin, Carlos Reed; 2 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025 from 4-6 PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025, 1:00 PM at Malone Memorial Church of God in Christ, 401 S. Ivey Lane, Orlando with Pastor William Ross, officiating. Interment: South Apopka Memorial Gardens, Apopka.

Jodie, you’re gonna be well, miss you. Was a good guy? I love you dearly. You will always be in my heart. You’re going to a better place. And I know I will still hear and see you. I love you Jody rest in peace. My love, your kid’s mother, my daughter. Crystal Jackson will always have a place in her heart with you. She loves you, too. My grandkids and great grands. They will be alright. I got them, we got them. So just go ahead and rest.
