Obituary:

Clarence Moore, Jr., 88 of Orlando, transitioned from labor to reward on Tuesday, September 20, 2022. Clarence was born on October 27, 1933 in Pittsview, AL to the late Arnetta and Clarence Moore Sr. Clarence worked as a brick mason for several years. He was an active and faithful member of St. Mark AME Church, Orlando. He was a servant of God who feared and loved the Lord with all his heart until his last breath. He was a devoted husband, father, brother, grandfather, and friend who will be deeply missed and cherished by all who knew him.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Dorothy Moore; 8 children; brother, Robert Moore; sisters, Betty Moore, Arnell (Paul) Dye, Patricia Bennett, Annie Pearl Louder, Hattie Louder; and a host of grandchildren, other relatives and numerous friends.

Visitation will be held on from 4-6 PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2022, 1:00 PM at St. Mark African Methodist Episcopal Church, 1968 Bruton Boulevard, Orlando with Pastor Terence R. Gray, I, officiating. Interment: Washington Park Cemetery, Orlando.
