|William Edward Symonette, 58, Of Orlando, FL departed this life on Wednesday, February 7, 2018. He was born to William and Edna Symonette on April 8, 1959 in Panama City, Florida. William moved to Orlando Florida in 1962. He was a graduate of Oak Ridge High School, class of 1977. William was an avid football lover and played football for the Orlando Renegades. William earned an 8th degree black belt in karate. He would later use those skills as he served as a coach for the Special Olympics for many years. He was a devoted brother, uncle and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
William leaves to cherish his memories: two sisters, Darlene Jones, Sonya Ingram; three brothers, Michael (Deanna) Symonette, Anthony (Anya) Symonette, Timothy Symonette; like a brother, Phillip Ingram; nephews, Willie and Clifford Bush, Kenneth and Britton Ingram, Brandon Symonette, Donte Hargrove, Anthony Symonette, Timothy and Tristan Symonette; nieces, Stephanie Bush, Brianna Ingram, Michaela Symonette, Desantis Symonette, Denys Symonette, Tempestt Ingram; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A service of memory will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2018, 2:00 PM at Postell's Mortuary Chapel, Orlando with Pastor R. Keith Hicks, officiating.
