Sylvester "JR" Pryor, Jr., 44, of Orlando, Florida departed this life suddenly on Wednesday, September 20, 2017. Sylvester, a lifelong resident of Orlando, FL, was born on November 30, 1972 to Ida Mae Moore and Sylvester Pryor, Jr. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and son who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Sylvester leaves his precious memories with his loving wife, Shevalua Pryor; sons, Zakata and Laquman Pryor; parents, Ida Mae and Sylvester Pryor, Sr.; sisters, Lavern (Pedro) Cruz, Phyllis Pryor, Shawn Pryor; brother, Eric (Henrietta) Lane; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 6, 2017 from 4-7PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2017, 1:30PM at Postell's Mortuary Chapel, with Pastor Barbara Gaines, officiating. Interment: Washington Park Cemetery, Orlando, FL.

I am so sorry for your loss. He was a wonderful father to his sons. May you find comfort in knowing that God is in the midst of it all. He will give you knowledge patience and understanding during this difficult time.Amen
