Hyacinth D. Peterkin, 65, of Orlando, Florida departed this life on Wednesday, November 15, 2017. Hyacinth was born to Iris Foster and Frank Peterkin on July 28, 1952 in St. James, Jamaica, W.I. She was a seamstress for several years. Hyacinth was a very kind, generous, loving Christian woman with a heart of gold. She was loved by all and she will be deeply missed.

Hyacinth leaves her precious memories with her daughters, Angella Smith, Denise Thorpe, Nicholine (Marlon) Ffrench; sisters, Cecilie Williams, Gwendolyn Graham; brothers, John Williams, Lawrence Peterkin; 5 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 24, 2017 from 4-7PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2017, 10:00 AM at Fresh Oil Ministries, 8301 Silver Star Road, Orlando, with Pastor Richard Notice, officiating. Entombment: Woodlawn Memorial Park, Orlando, FL.

God has a perfect memory and purposes to bring our loved ones back to life in the future paradise to come as God has promised. Please find comfort in Acts 24:15 were it gives us hope that there will be a resurrection. Wishing your family comfort and hope.
