Ethelbert M. Smith, 72, of St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands departed this life on Thursday, October 12, 2017. Ethelbert was born on January 5, 1945 to Mildred and Edina Smith in St. Kitts, W.I. He was employed as a communication service repairman for several years. He was a loving and devoted father, brother, grandfather, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Ethelbert leaves his precious memories with his loving daughters, Natasha (Jerome) Smith-Callwood, Makeba Smith; sons, Michael (Joann) Smith, McClean (Geemah) Smith, Tashbert Smith; sisters, Violet Smith, Lalina Greene; brothers, Granville (Eusineca) Smith, Osei Eilihu; 13 grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 27, 2017 from 4-7PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2017, 11:00AM at Postell's Mortuary Chapel, Orlando with Pastor Gene Pritchard, officiating. Interment: Washington Park Cemetery, Orlando, FL.
