Arthur James "AJ" Kleckley, Jr., 99, of Orlando, FL, transitioned from labor to reward on Wednesday, August 30, 2017. Arthur was born on November 4, 1920 to the late Mamie and Arthur J. Kleckley, Sr. of Americus, Georgia. He was a devoted member of St. Mark AME Church, Orlando, where he served as a steward under four different pastoral administrations and in several other capacities. He was also well known for managing his "AJ's Fried Fish" restaurant. He was a devoted husband, grandfather and friend who will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory: wife: Ruthie Kleckley; grandson, Ackneil M. Muldrow, III; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2017, 11:00 AM at St. Mark African Methodist Episcopal Church, 1968 Bruton Boulevard, Orlando with Pastor Terence R. Gray, I, Officiating.

I'm so sorry for your family's loss and wanted to send my heartfelt sympathy. I personally find comfort in God's promise of a resurrection of our loved ones at John 5:28,29. We can see them again under the beautiful conditions described at Psalms 37:10,11. I hope these promises bring you some peace and comfort.

AJ had such a long and beautiful life,we look to the time when life will not be interrupted by death, Psalm37:29 says " The righteous will possess the earth and they will live forever on it, the resurrection is a cherished hope.
